How to Order Products on the NocNoc Website

Steps to Place an Order:

1. Select Product(s):

   • Choose the product and quantity you want.

   • Click “Buy Now” to go to the order summary and payment page, or click “Add to Cart” if you want to continue browsing other products.

2. Review Order Summary:
   After clicking “Buy Now,” the system will display a summary of your order, including:

   • Add invoice or receipt details

   • Select delivery method

   • Check estimated delivery time

   • Enter discount codes (available on the promotions page or by clicking “View Available Discounts”)

   • Optionally, check ☑ Receive free SMS updates for order status to get SMS notifications

3. Select Payment Method:
   Click “Next” to choose a payment method. Options include:

   • QR PromptPay

   • 0% Installment Plan (availability depends on the product)

   • Credit / Debit Card

4. Confirm Order:

   • After completing payment, you will receive an email confirmation and SMS (if opted-in) for your order.

   • Certain products, like tiles, SPC flooring, or ceramic floors, have a “Calculate Area” feature to determine the required quantity.

   • If purchasing installation services, select “Installation” and enter your postal code to check service availability in your area.

Note: Orders and payments must be made through the NocNoc website or mobile app for the security of your account and order information.
