Steps to Place an Order
Select your product and the quantity you want.
Tap “Buy Now” to proceed to the order summary and payment page.
Or, tap “Add to Cart” if you want to continue browsing other products before checking out.
After tapping “Buy Now”, the system will show the Order Summary page so you can review your order. This page includes:
Adding receipt/invoice information
Selecting a delivery method
Checking the estimated delivery time
Entering any discount codes applicable to your order (check available codes on the Promotions page or tap “View available discounts”)
Tap “Add Payment” to choose a payment method. Available options include:
QR PromptPay
0% Installment Plans (availability depends on product conditions)
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Mobile App

After completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Certain products, such as tiles, SPC flooring, ceramic flooring, etc., have a “Calculate Area” feature. Enter the area size for installation, and the system will automatically calculate the appropriate quantity to order.
If you want products with installation services, select the “Installation” option and enter your postal code to check whether your area is covered by the service.
Note: All orders and payments must be made through the NocNoc website or mobile app to ensure the security of your account information and orders.
