One-time use per order: Each discount code can only be used once per completed order.
Usage limits: One code per account / phone number / entitlement / contact information or delivery details.
Applicable only on NocNoc: Discount codes can be used only for orders placed through NocNoc.
Product-specific codes: Some codes apply only to specific products.
Changing products or order type:
If you wish to cancel an order to change the product type or model, you must cancel the original order and place a new order via NocNoc.com or the NocNoc app during the promotion period.
If the new order is placed after the promotion period ends, NocNoc reserves the right not to apply the discount or promotion.
Discounts cannot be applied to added or reduced quantities in the original order after the promotion period; any additional purchases must use current prices and promotions.
Refunds: Any refund for a cancelled order will follow the standard terms and conditions.
Non-transferable: Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash, converted to other payment methods, or exchanged in any way.
Modification rights: NocNoc reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
Fraud prevention: NocNoc reserves the right to cancel orders, codes, or benefits in cases of fraud or misuse, including but not limited to:
Suspected or confirmed fraudulent use of discount codes.
Using codes for resale purposes.
Abnormal or excessive usage of codes.
Using a single code entitlement across multiple accounts or making multiple payments by the same customer or group.
