Change Password on the Website

How to change your password on NocNoc:

You can change your password while logged in to your NocNoc account by following these 4 simple steps:

1. Log in to your NocNoc account.

2. Click the profile icon at the top-right corner and select “Change Password.”

3. Enter your current password, then set a new password and confirm it.

4. Click “Save.”

Password requirements:

• Must use English letters, numbers, or special characters.

• Length: 8–16 characters.

• Must include at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters:

  1. At least 1 uppercase English letter

  2. At least 1 lowercase English letter

  3. At least 1 number

  4. At least 1 special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*()_+|~-=\{}[]:";'<>?,./`)

If You Forgot Your Password

You can reset your password on the website in 7 simple steps:

1. Go to the NocNoc homepage and click the profile icon at the top-right corner.

2. Enter the email used to create your account and click “Next.”

3. Click “Forgot Password.”

4. Enter your 10-digit phone number or registered email and click “Next.”

The system will send a password reset link to your email, or an OTP code to your phone if you entered your number.

1. Open your email and click “Reset Password.”

2. Set a new password according to the requirements and click “Reset Password.”

3. A confirmation message will be sent to your email.

4. Log in to NocNoc with your new password to start using your account.
