Refunds are divided into two cases:
1. Products damaged, broken, defective, or incorrectly delivered
Includes cases such as: wrong size or color, or product not matching the description.
Products must not have been installed.
NocNoc will refund the product price, shipping fee, and installation fee (if any) based on the actual amount paid.
Refund processing begins after the seller receives the returned product and confirms that it meets the return conditions.
2. Other reasons outside of the above
Customers must return the product within 7 business days from the date the return request is approved.
NocNoc will refund only the product price. Shipping fees or other service fees depend on the seller’s policy.
