Buyers can request a product return according to NocNoc’s return policy. The return request must be submitted to NocNoc within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, and must include the following information:
Order number
Product code and product name
Reason for the return
Photos or videos of the received packaging
Photos or videos of the product being returned, clearly showing any defects or issues
Contact information where the buyer can be reached
Any additional information that NocNoc may request
