Is a site survey necessary? How much does it cost?
If you can communicate clearly and provide complete information to the technician, you may request a quote directly without a site survey.
A site survey is recommended when:
You want the technician to clearly understand and see the site issues.
The technician advises that the scope of work requires a survey for accurate information, easier price agreement, and more complete planning.
Cost: The site survey fee depends on the agreement between you and the technician, starting from 500–1,000 THB.
Additional fees may apply if the technician finds work outside the scope specified in the original quote.
How does the site survey appointment work?
The technician will notify you via chat if a site survey is deemed necessary.
