Service Fees for Air Delivery and Installation

This service covers new air conditioner installation with exposed piping, including refrigerant lines and electrical wiring.

Service fee includes:

• Breaker, electrical wire, grounding wire

• PVC drainage pipe

• Rubber pads or compressor stand

• Pipe cover with accessories, up to 4 meters

Exclusions:

• Hanging brackets

• Finishing work from ceiling, wall, or glass drilling (if any)

Additional installations can be paid on the appointment day according to the service details.

Service Appointment

Within 24 hours of successful payment, customer service will call you to schedule the installation.

Standard Equipment Provided (Free)

• Breaker with cover 1 set (technician calculates the amperage based on the AC power consumption)

• AC wire to compressor, 4 meters

  • Standard AC: 2 wires (L / N)

  • Inverter AC: 3 wires (L / N / C)

• Rubber pad or compressor stand, 1 set (selected per site)

• Ground wire, 4 meters

• Pipe cover with accessories, 4 meters

• PVC drain pipe, 4 meters

• Adhesive fabric tape for refrigerant pipes, aluminum strip for securing pipes

Note: Maximum current is approximate; actual consumption varies by brand/model.

Scope / Conditions of Service

• Provide photos of the installation area (indoor & outdoor units)

• Service applies to new air conditioners only

• Service covers 1 installation point; relocation incurs additional charges

• Any additional equipment beyond standard provided will incur extra equipment and labor fees

• Refrigerant and electrical wiring must be installed exposed along the wall

• Customers must coordinate with building management or security for access

• If ceiling wiring is impossible, wiring will be installed exposed along the wall to the control box

• Installation will not occur in unsafe or structurally risky locations; technicians will advise alternative placements

• Failed or inaccessible appointments incur 500 THB travel fee

• Postponements must be notified 2 days prior, otherwise 500 THB travel fee

• Standard equipment cannot be altered, replaced for cash, or exchanged

• Ceiling or glass drilling: interior finishing must be done by customer’s interior team

• Installation time: 2–4 hours depending on site complexity

• Parking fees charged to customer if applicable

• Service may be refused if site is unsafe for technicians

• Photographs may be taken for service verification

• Permission required to move customer property and cover items with protective sheets

• Old AC removal incurs 500 THB fee

• Heights over 3 meters requiring scaffolding: starting at 2,500 THB

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders in transit cannot be canceled; delivery fees are non-refundable

• Processing fee 500 THB will be deducted from service fees

Invoice: Sent via email used for purchase; issued 30 business days after service.

Warranty Terms

• Warranty period: 180 days from service completion

• Covers post-installation work; AC must not leak water

• Repairs limited to damage caused by installation, verified by company personnel

• Any modification, repair, or extension of AC post-installation voids warranty if not approved

• Customer must report defects via chat within 7 days of discovery

• Damage not caused by company is not covered

• Company modifications do not extend warranty

Warranty Exclusions:

• Natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, subsidence), accidents, fire, uncontrolled factors, pests, structural damage, or building vibrations

• Misuse, abnormal operation, unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by third parties

• Normal wear and tear or dirt accumulation

• Lack of maintenance or non-compliance with company instructions
