• Within 24 hours after successful payment, the installation team will contact you to schedule the service.

Warranty

• Installation work is guaranteed for 60 days.

Service Scope

• Applies to ceramic/granite tiles sized 20x20 – 60x60 cm.

• Wall height up to 3 meters (for wall tiles).

  • Additional charge: 800 THB per 1.5 meters above this height.

• If the site is not ready for service: 500 THB travel fee per visit.

• Prices do not include 7% VAT.

• Warranty applies for 60 days (conditions as determined by the company).

• Service price does not include the cost of materials.

Service Conditions

• If no layout is provided, technicians will install according to floor/space alignment.

• Service may be refused if site leveling exceeds 2–3 cm; a new price estimate is required.

• Moving furniture or objects in non-empty rooms may incur extra charges.

• If the process is hazardous or below standard, the company may refuse service and deduct at least 20% of the service cost.

• Additional charges apply if actual site size or workload differs from provided details.

• Customers must coordinate with building management or security for technician access.

• Travel fee of 500 THB applies if the site is not ready or access is restricted.

• Customer responsible for any parking fees.

• Photos of the site may be taken for service verification.

• Company may move and cover customer belongings to protect them during installation.

• Installation duration depends on site complexity and service agreement.

Warranty Terms

• Warranty period: 60 days (as stated in the quotation; if unspecified, default is 60 days).

• Warranty void if installation is modified or repaired by external parties.

• Warranty only covers work performed by the company; related or additional work is not included.

• Company liability for repair damages is limited to 20% of the service cost.

• Warranty does not cover damages from normal use.

• For claims, the company’s representative must inspect the work.

Service Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• Cancellation fees:

  • 10% of service cost for transaction and administrative fees.

  • 25% of actual expenses if the company has already incurred costs for the service.

• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, service fees are non-refundable.

Service Coverage Area

• Bangkok, Nonthaburi (except Sai Noi district)

• Samut Prakan (except Bang Sao Thong and Bang Bo districts)

• Pathum Thani (except Lat Lum Kaeo, Nong Suea, and Sam Khok districts)

Service prices do not include material costs.
