Delivery Information

You will receive your product at least 2 days before the scheduled installation date.

Installation Service Fees (Water Pump & Water Tank – 2 Systems)

• The service fee includes electrical wires, grounding wire, 4 meters of PVC pipe, up to 20 PVC connectors, 3 sets of open/close valves, and 1 ANA check valve.

• All electrical wiring and piping are installed as surface-mounted (exposed).

Service Fees for Pump/Tank Replacement Only

• This fee includes removal of the old pump/tank and installation of the new pump/tank in the same location.

Appointment Scheduling

Within 24 hours after successful payment, the NocNoc installation team will contact you to schedule the service appointment.

Warranty

Installation work is covered by a 180-day warranty.

Service Process

• Inspect the area and recommend the appropriate installation location.

• Install the water pump and above-ground water tank with standard water and electrical system setup.

• Check system functionality after installation.

• Clean up and organize the worksite.

• Provide documentation on how to operate system valves.

• Hand over the installation and provide usage recommendations to the customer.

Service Conditions

Installation Requirements

• For installation on glass blocks, glass, metal, wood furniture, or stone surfaces, additional charges apply according to the “Extra Materials Price Table.”

• For installations requiring drilling through a smooth ceiling, the company will drill only at required points (ceiling patching & paint not included).

• Minimum working area required: 2–3 sq.m., with installation height not exceeding 3 meters.

• If the installation point exceeds 3 meters, the customer must prepare scaffolding.

• The company does not install pumps connected directly without a water storage tank.

• The company does not install water tanks and pumps for Down Feed Systems.

• If pipes, connectors, or electrical wires exceed standard lengths, additional charges will apply.

• Installation must be on a level solid surface (not directly on soil or underground).

• Installation prices already include VAT.

• If installation cannot proceed due to unprepared site or no prior rescheduling at least 2 days in advance, a travel fee of 300 THB per visit applies.

Installation Equipment Requirements

• All wiring and piping are installed as exposed/surface-mounted.

• Standard installation materials are provided only as required for actual use.

• Unused materials will not be provided and cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.

• If customers supply extra equipment outside the standard set, labor will be charged at 50% of that item’s price.

Note: Extra equipment included with certain products and used for installation will not incur labor charges.
All extra material prices already include VAT.

Installation Warranty

• Warranty covers 180 days after installation and includes compensation for damages directly caused by the service (maximum 2× the standard service fee).

• Installed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If customers request relocation of equipment or installation of previously used equipment, labor fees will follow the service rate table.

• Warranty does not cover natural wear or deterioration of pumps/tanks unrelated to installation work.

• The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from ground settlement of the water tank.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage to products or materials due to structural failure, building settlement, or collapse.

• Damage caused by third-party technicians modifying or installing equipment after the company’s service.

• Damage caused when customers instruct company technicians to perform work not listed in the job order.

• Damage from natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, land subsidence), accidents, fire, animals/insects entering the machine, cracks, or building vibration from renovation.

• Damage caused by improper use, non-standard operation, modification, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
