Delivery Information

• You will receive the products at least 2 days before the installation date.

Installation Service Fee

(For new installations or installation over existing tiles without structural issues)

• Includes skirting, quarter round, end trims, and foam underlay

• Does not include flooring materials

• Herringbone pattern installation is available only for products specifically designed for herringbone

• Any work beyond the standard installation will incur additional charges as described in the “Service Details”

Installation Steps

• Inspect concrete subfloor: must be smooth, polished, and level with differences not exceeding 3 mm within a 2 m radius (otherwise leveling is required)

• Check wall alignment (if walls are not square, additional cutting and material waste may occur)

• Check moisture levels to ensure they are within standard limits

• Ensure site readiness: ceiling, paint, doors, and windows must be completed

• Determine pattern and layout before installation

• Install planks according to the planned layout

• Install skirting boards along floor-to-wall transitions

• Install end trims at required positions

• Apply acrylic sealant along the top and bottom edges of the skirting

• Clean the area and perform final inspection

• Deliver the completed work

Service Conditions

• Installation is available for buildings up to 10 meters high or no more than 3 floors; higher floors may incur additional material-handling fees

• Subfloor moisture must not exceed 13%; if higher, a moisture barrier coating is required (additional charge applies)

• Concrete subfloor must be level, polished, and within 3 mm deviation over 2 m

• Glue-down vinyl flooring is not recommended for ground floors or areas directly above soil, due to moisture risk

• Installation is not accepted on carpet, loose rubber tiles, damaged laminate, or termite-damaged parquet

• Construction, plastering, painting, ceiling work, electrical work, and door/window installation must be completed beforehand

• Standard installation layout is Random Brick Pattern

  • Herringbone installation is available only for glue-down vinyl and has extra service fees

• Customers must purchase adequate flooring materials with appropriate waste allowance

• For houses with current occupants, moving furniture may incur additional charges

• Installation is available only for click-lock vinyl flooring with a thickness of at least 4 mm

• Customers must coordinate with building management or security to allow technician access

• If the technician arrives but cannot perform installation due to:

  • Site unpreparedness

  • Lack of access approval

  • Building restrictions on weekends or holidays
    → A travel fee of 300 THB per visit will be charged

• Appointment rescheduling must be requested at least 2 days in advance (08:30 – 17:30)

• Standard accessories cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded as cash or discounts

• Any parking fees at the customer’s location must be covered by the customer

• Installation service will be declined if the working environment is unsafe

• Photos of the site may be taken as service documentation
