  • Wire run ≤ 4 meters

  • Height ≤ 3 meters

  • Use conduit and jump wires to connect fixtures

Delivery Information

• Product delivered at least 2 days before scheduled installation

• Within 24 hours of payment, NocNoc installation team will call to schedule

Warranty

• 60-day installation warranty

Standard Installation Materials (Free)

• Standard wires TIS (2x2.5 sq.mm.)

• Standard grounding wire TIS (1x1.5 sq.mm.)

• White PVC conduit

• Consumables (screws, wall plugs, electrical tape)

Additional Information

• Replacing old fixture with new: no additional wiring cost

• Wire run > 4 meters: additional 500 THB / 4 meters

• Height > 3 meters: additional 800 THB / 1.5 meters

• Site not ready: 500 THB travel fee / visit

• Prices exclude VAT 7%

Installation Steps

1. Inspect work area

2. Prepare site and bring materials

3. Check installation point and connection point

4. Install fixture

5. Run wiring through conduit

6. Connect wires to fixture, tidy up, test

7. Check voltage and remove materials

Service Conditions

• Connection points must be within standard range; extra 115 THB/m

• Concealed wiring: ceiling ≤ 3 meters, otherwise extra cost

• Unsuitable electrical system: company will quote correction work

• Electric power will be turned off during installation

• Dangerous/unsafe installation: 1,000 THB

• If site unsuitable: offer improvement first; if customer refuses, installation proceeds without warranty

Warranty Conditions

• Warranty period as stated by company; if unspecified, 60 days

• Not valid if customer hires third-party or alters work

• Only company-installed work is guaranteed

• Company liable for repairs up to 20% of service fee

• Warranty claims require company inspection

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel ≥ 48 hours before appointment

• Deduct 10% of service value (transaction/admin fees)

• If costs already incurred: deduct actual + 25%

• Cancel < 48 hours: no full refund
