Basic Installation Accessories (Free)

For Top-Load/Front-Load Washing Machines

• Electrical wire 2X2.5 Sq.mm., 8 m

• Ground wire 1x1.5 Sq.mm. THW, 4 m

• 16 Amp circuit breaker with 3-pin plug, 1 set

• Outdoor faucet, 1 piece

• Water inlet pipe, 4 m

• Drain pipe, 4 m

For Dryers

• Electrical wire 2X2.5 Sq.mm., 8 m

• Ground wire 1x1.5 Sq.mm. THW, 4 m

• 16 Amp circuit breaker with 3-pin plug, 1 set

Standard installation accessories are used as required but not exceeding the quantities above
Any excess beyond the standard will incur additional costs according to the price table
Standard breakers are Nano / Haco / National / Panasonic with certified THW wires

Installation Process

For Washing Machines / Washer-Dryer Combo

1. Take photos of the installation area

2. Remove the product from packaging and remove all transportation accessories, then take photos

3. Position the washing machine/dryer in the area prepared by the customer

   • If the floor is slippery, the customer must provide anti-slip material

4. Connect the water inlet to the faucet and tighten screws

   • Ensure water pressure is within the washing machine’s manual specifications

5. Install the drainage system at 80–100 cm height

6. Check the machine’s level using a spirit level and take photos

7. Check water connections with tissue paper and take photos

8. Check voltage and ground wire connections and take photos

9. Clean the installed machine and work area, store tools, and take photos

For Dryers

1. Take photos of the installation area

2. Request permission from the customer before work, check the dryer and accessories, and move items as needed

3. Remove product from packaging and remove transportation accessories, then take photos

4. Place the dryer in the prepared area

   • If the floor is slippery, customer must provide anti-slip material

5. Install the dryer

6. Remove all tools and accessories from the site

Service Conditions

• Price includes 7% VAT

• Price excludes annual inspection or cleaning services after installation

• Client or authorized representative must be present during installation

• Client must prepare the product and site for installation

• Travel fee of 300 THB applies if installation cannot be performed, appointment is postponed without notice, or contact fails

• Any parking fees at the installation site will be charged additionally

• Technician will confirm appointment 2 days prior and 1 hour before arrival

• If the site is not ready or installation is canceled on-site, travel fee 300 THB per visit

• Installation will not be provided in hazardous areas

• Photos of the site may be taken for service verification

• Extra service fee 300 THB for lifting products over 2 floors without an elevator

• Ceiling drilling is included only at the installation point (finishing and painting not included)

• Customer must supply paint if touch-up is needed; company will only patch installation area

• Company is not responsible for color differences between old and new surfaces

• Wiring and piping are surface-mounted only; no concealed work

• Free wall drilling: 1 hole; additional holes incur extra charge

• For installation sites above 3 m, additional scaffolding fee applies

• Work area should be flat and at least 2–3 sq.m.

• Extra unused accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged

• Customer-supplied excess accessories: installation labor 50% of accessory price

• Non-standard accessories included with the product: labor is free; prices include VAT

Installation Warranty Conditions

• Installation is guaranteed for 180 days from the installation date

• Warranty covers installation work only, not the product

• If installation point is moved or changed, standard service fees apply

• Warranty is void if third parties modify, alter, or adjust the installation

Exclusions from Warranty

• Natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, subsidence, etc.), accidents, fires, or factors beyond control

• Damage from improper usage, modifications, or alterations not following standards

• Damage caused by anyone outside the company team

• Normal wear and tear, dirt, or color changes

• Damage due to lack of maintenance or failure to follow company instructions
