Preparation of Installation Site
You are responsible for preparing the installation area (“work site”) so that it is suitable for the service.
Unprepared Work Site
If the work site is not prepared and the technician cannot complete the installation on the same day, you agree that NocNoc or the installation provider may charge additional fees for travel. The exact terms depend on the service provider. You can confirm details directly with the installation team.
Rescheduling Installation
If you need to reschedule, contact NocNoc customer service at least 2 business days before the scheduled installation date. This allows coordination with the installation team for adjustments.
